Scope of Work: This is an IDIQ Contract for the purchase, installation, maintenance including water sampling, servicing, and repair of Monochloramine disinfection systems for treatment of hot and/or cold water distribution systems in response to detected waterborne pathogens. The quoted unit prices in the form of Proposal are inclusive of all labor and materials required to perform the work of this contract. Contract Term: 3 years from the award date on NYCHA's Purchase Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Terms of this Contract for up to two one-year renewal options.
