Project involves the replacement of a boiler feed water tank, condensate return pumps, and piping at the powerhouse facility. OGS hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 15% for Minority-OwnedBusiness Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs). The total contract goal can be obtained by utilizing any combination of MBE and /or WBE participation for subcontracting and supplies acquired under this Contract. Trades with 0% goals are encouraged to make "good faith efforts" to promote and assist in the participation of MWBEs on the Contract for the provision of services and materials. The substantial completion date for this project is 400 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. Physically complete the Work within 90 days after the established Substantial Completion date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
