City of Robinson requests Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Robinson Water Treatment Plant Yard Piping and Appurtenance Improvements Project. Work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for construction of new yard piping, two new pump stations, replacement of air valves, replacement and relocation of the raw water flow meter, rehabilitation of the Brazos River intake structure, and demolition of an existing pump station. Project award will consider cost, contractor experience, and prior work performance. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided in the Proposal Documents with a Proposal Security equal to at least five percent (5%) of the base proposal amount, in the form of a cashier's check or Offerer's Bond from an approved security company. This security guarantees that the offerer will enter into a contract and execute a 100% payment bond within fifteen days of the notice of award.
