Sealed proposals are requested for the following materials and quantities: 1,500 tons more or less of No. 8 Aggregates, 1.0% washed, Penn Dot approved; 2,000 tons more or less of Crusher Run; 1,000 tons more or less of No. 2-A; 4,000 tons more or less of No. 2-B (57); 1,000 tons more or less of No. 3; 1,000 tons more or less of No. 4; 500 tons more or less of Rip-Rap (6); 500 tons more or less of Cold Patch; 2,000 tons more or less of Cinders; 200 foot more or less of 15 inch Smooth Bore Pipe; 5,000 Gallons Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel; 5,000 Gallons unleaded Gasoline; 75,000 Sq Yards more or less of E3-M. Bidders may bid on any or all items. Bid forms may be obtained by contacting the township office. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality, must accompany the bid. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
