Sealed proposals are requested for the "REPLACEMENT OF GREENE COUNTY BRIDGE NO. 103." The work includes furnishing labor, materials, and performing all work as set forth in the advertisement, general conditions, drawings, and specifications. All materials and work must conform to applicable contract documents and current PennDOT specifications and bulletins, except as modified by the contract documents. Contractors and subcontractors must be PennDOT prequalified. Minimum wage rates for each craft or classification required for the contract are governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates. Question Deadline 04/28/2026 All questions concerning this solicitation must be sent via email to bridge103@widmerengineering.com no later than (5) five business days prior to the due date. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or Surety Company bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent of the contract amount, made payable to the County of Greene. Upon award, a 100% performance, 100% payment, and 100% maintenance bond are required. No bids can be withdrawn for sixty days after the opening. The Greene County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any irregularity deemed advantageous. All bids must be sealed, marked "REPLACEMENT OF GREENE COUNTY BRIDGE NO. 103," and addressed to the Greene County Controller's Office, County Building, 93 East High Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370.
