Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project includes the reconstruction of the existing Unit Well 12 Wellhouse and Reservoir. The scope of work involves demolition of the existing Unit Well 12 wellhouse and reservoir, construction of a new 1.0 MG ground storage reservoir with foundation improvements, a new wellhouse building with a pump room and chemical systems, water main installation, and associated mechanical and electrical work. Specialized experience in water utility infrastructure and foundation work may be required. Bidders shall use forms supplied by the City of Madison, and substitute forms may not be accepted. Bids may be submitted electronically via Bid Express (requiring a digital ID and payment) or manually. Contractors may view and download bid documents free of charge after registering. Instructions for each section of the bid must be followed, and if an electronic bid is not properly completed it will not be accepted for submittal. Actions certified in the electronic submittal must be verified as true by the City Engineer for the bid to be considered responsive.
