The Landbank is seeking qualified contractors to provide lawn maintenance on properties it owns, which may include properties with or without structures. Multiple annual contracts will be awarded, and work will be distributed based on geographic area, contractor capacity, or other criteria as needed. Contracts are for two years, with possible one-year extensions. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work for contractors. Contractors should be familiar with the Landbank's mission, policies, and property inventory. Interested Cincinnati regional companies with experience and capacity in lawn maintenance are invited to respond. Small and emerging contractors are encouraged to participate. Properties are organized into geographic or program-based bid lists, each of which will be awarded to a single contractor. Bidders may submit quotes for as many lists as they wish. Proposals must include a completed Bid Cover Sheet, completed Bid Sheets, and an updated Contractor Pre-Qualification Form, including required insurance and worker’s compensation documentation if not already on file.
