Renovation of a multi-residential development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,200-square-foot, one-unit multi-residential development.
Soliciting lump sum bids to rehab 1 unit of a duplex. Scope includes cabinets, countertops, flooring, interior paint, and millwork. Must follow Davis Bacon wage rates and certified payrolls. Tribal TERO regulations apply. Bids must be received by 4:00pm on 3/4/26 either by email or delivered to the housing front desk at 2806 E. Portland Ave suite 200, Tacoma WA 98404. The Puyallup Tribal Housing Department reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities, and to extend, cancel, or re-solicit for proposals when it is in the best interest of the Department. Building exterior- o Remove pots and debris from yard o Repair exterior dusk photo cell light sensor Livingroom- o Remove any and all debris o Patch/ paint walls/ceiling o Replace light bulbs with LED o Replace any broken outlet/ switch covers o Remove and replace flooring with XL-Lence by Great Floors- LVP full glue down XL Clark Kitchen- o Remove any and all debris o Patch/ paint walls/ceiling o Replace light bulbs with LED o Replace any broken outlet/ switch covers o Remove and replace flooring with XL-Lence by Great Floors- LVP full glue down XL Clark o Install new handicapped height cabinets- full wood doors and boxes- light color stain o Install new countertops- formica, light colored, with stained wood self edge. o Install new faucet with sprayer and stainless sink o Reinstall appliances o Provide and install new stainless hood range vent o Provide and install under cabinet lighting o Reinstall pantry shelves o Trim and adjust pantry door for proper operation Laundry- o Remove any and all debris o Patch/ paint walls/ceiling o Replace light bulbs with LED o Replace any broken outlet/ switch covers o Reinstall washer and dryer o Provide and install cabinet- full wood doors and boxes- light color stain Install new exhaust fan o Install new metal edge trim on washer/ dryer pedistal Bathroom- o Remove any and all debris o Patch/ paint walls/ceiling o Replace light bulbs with LED o Replace any broken outlet/ switch covers o Remove and replace flooring with XL-Lence by Great Floors- LVP full glue down XL Clark o Install new handicapped roll under sink vanity- all wood, light stain. o Install new counter top with formica, light color, with light stained wood self edge and backsplash o Install new faucet, and sink basin o Instal new door casing to match o Install new vanity mirror/ medicine cabinet o Install new shelving unit to replace existing o Install new LED bulbs Bedroom #1(Right side)- o Remove any and all debris o Patch/ paint walls/ceiling o Replace light bulbs with LED o Replace any broken outlet/ switch covers o Remove and replace flooring with XL-Lence by Great Floors- LVP full glue down XL Clark o Provide and install new window sill to match existing o Reinstall bi-pass door Bedroom #2(Left side)- o Remove any and all debris o Patch/ paint walls/ceiling o Replace light bulbs with LED o Replace any broken outlet/ switch covers o Remove and replace flooring with XL-Lence by Great Floors- LVP full glue down XL Clark Provide and install new window sill to match existing o Provide and install new closet shelving system to match existing o Provide and install with new hardware bi-pass doors to match existing Garage- o Remove any debris o Patch/ paint ceiling attic access panel o Paint over graffiti next to door
