Exterior renovations to existing school building including siding, trims, finishes, rot repair, and related items; site demolition, excavation, and regrading; drainage installation; egress ramp reconstruction; basketball court and walk installation; and miscellaneous related work. This is a prevailing wage project. Bidders are notified to refer to specification sections 009000 and 009001. Submit bid on the supplied form in an opaque envelope clearly marked with the company name, the label BICS 2026 RENOVATION, and the work scope and trade work covered by the proposal. Mailed proposals must be enclosed in a separate outer mailing envelope. Proposals may also be submitted via email as a single PDF file. All questions must be submitted as a Request for Information (RFI) to the designated email during the bidding period. Bid work categories include Concrete Work, Masonry Work, General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and Earthwork and Landscape Work. Bids will be awarded based on quality of items, conformity with specifications, suitability to school requirements, delivery terms, and past vendor performance. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
