Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids or proposals are requested for the construction of approximately 12,235 feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances, including about 20 service connections to water mains, and road/site restoration. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders. A certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of the Doylestown Township Municipal Authority in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid must be submitted as bid security. The Authority reserves the right to refuse any or all bids submitted and to waive any informality in received bids. Bids must comply with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act No. 222. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the date of opening, or one hundred twenty (120) days if the award is delayed by required governmental approval, sale of bonds, or grant awards.
