The scope of work associated with the relining of storm sewer collection system is expressly referenced as a Provisional Item. Bidders shall review any City CCTV inspections records provided by the City prior to the submission of their bid. CCTV inspection records may be a few years old, and bidders shall acknowledge that the sewer condition may be further deteriorated, including encrustation, more debris, and more corrosion and prepare their bids with such consideration.
