There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 7 Description The City of Sherbrooke is seeking bids in the form of a service offer with separate pricing for the supply, delivery and installation of custom modular wooden playground equipment for the new Des Géologues Park. The mandate broadly includes reviewing the concept developed by the Client, ensuring its feasibility and improvement, producing technical documents, and supplying and installing the planned elements in the play areas. The Bidder must incorporate and demonstrate certain improvements (while remaining faithful to the concept presented) that will make it an innovative project and a site with a unique character, becoming a must-see for citizens. The wood used must be of Canadian origin. Overseas products are prohibited. Other components (nets, hardware, anchors, slides, etc.) must be of Canadian origin whenever possible. All play module installations must be completed by 21 August 2026 at the latest.
