More specifically, the scope of this call for tenders includes, but is not limited to: Engineering structure work: . demolition of two (2) existing corrugated metal pipes; . demolition of a reinforced concrete storm drain wall; . construction of a new culvert; . construction of a new section of cast-in-place reinforced concrete culvert; . construction of a new reinforced concrete wall for the storm drain; . construction of retaining walls. Water and sewer infrastructure and roadway work: . Repair of drinking water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer services, as well as reconstruction of connections and various required accessories; . Connection of proposed services to existing networks; Work on the shoreline and banks of Lyon Creek; . Construction of a gabion wall; . Complete reconstruction of the roadway, including connections to cross streets; . Installation of foundation drains; . Cleaning, leak testing, and disinfection of new drinking water pipes; . Cleaning, checking pipes for deformation, and CCTV inspection of new sewer pipes; . Marking and minor signage; . Complete restoration of the site.
