The project will consist of a new building, approximately 8,000 square feet, delivered using a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) delivery method. Estimated construction cost will be developed and validated during preconstruction and GMP negotiation, not at the RFQ stage. Proposers are responsible for submitting responses on or before the stipulated time and date. Late responses will not be accepted or opened.
