Reference Number 0000413463 Purchase Type: Term: 05/01/2026 02:00 AM EDT - 03/31/2027 02:00 AM EDT Option: 4 additional 1-year extensions The City of Brighton by and through its Division of Procurement & Contracts is accepting Proposals from qualified Firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for Automation, Controls, and SCADA Services stated herein this Request for Proposal. The City of Brighton Utilities Department ("Department") provides water, wastewater, and storm drainage utility services for residents of the City of Brighton, Colorado ("City"). The Department is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and replacement of its water distribution, wastewater collection, and storm drainage collection/storage infrastructure. The Department routinely performs in-house repairs, replacements, and maintenance of its infrastructure and controls systems. However, due to various circumstances, the Department supplements its internal resources through the use of third-party, qualified consultants to perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and programming of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition ("SCADA"), radio, and controls systems on an as-needed basis.
