The project consists of the demolition of the Texas City - City Hall Building located at 1801 9th Avenue North. Bidders are required to secure solicitation documents from the City of Texas City's Purchasing Website or by contacting Bay Environmental, Inc. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site. Written questions must be submitted by email by the specified deadline. Bidders must submit one marked original, one exact duplicate copy, and one USB of their completed bid in a sealed envelope, properly labeled. Bids must be received by the deadline; late bids will not be accepted. Bid security of five percent of the total bid is required with the submission. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond is required if the contract exceeds $50,000. Each bidder is responsible for inspecting the site and informing themselves of all local conditions.
