Reference number: 20124153 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-02 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 4 PROJECT: Connection of the drinking water network to the Repentigny network and flow meter chambers PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contract consists of extending the drinking water network on Ricard Street/Pierre-Legardeur Boulevard and adding two (2) flow meter chambers at the network boundaries, between Charlemagne and Repentigny, summarized as follows: 1. Extension of the existing drinking water network; 2. Installation of flow meter chambers; 3. Installation of flow meters and pressure transmitters; 4. Surface repairs; As well as all related work necessary for the completion of this contract. The City of Charlemagne is requesting bids for the work described above. Bids must be submitted in a single envelope and the bidder must be clearly identified. One original and two copies of the tender documents shall be submitted to the project owner in this envelope, with an indication of the documents included (original, copy). The envelope shall be sealed and bear the name and number of the project as well as the tenderer's identification. To be considered acceptable, bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond of equal value, valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of bids. The amount must be payable to the City and represent a minimum of 10% of the total cost of the bid, including taxes.
