Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Neptune City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work Included in This Contract Consists of the Proposed Work: Installation of the Following: Ada-compliant Hma Walking Path, Outdoor Game/fitness Equipment, Picnic Pavilion, Park Amenities, Perimeter Fencing, Landscaping/tree Plantings, and Any Related Miscellaneous or Incidental Construction Included in the Plans and Specifications of the Above-mentioned Project. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certificate From a Surety Company Stating That It Will Provide the Specified Performance and Maintenance Bonds in the Event That the Contract is Awarded to the Bidder. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond for Ten Percent of the Amount of the Bid, Not to Exceed $20,000, Drawn Upon an Incorporated Bank or Trust Company, Payable to the Township of Neptune, as Guarantee That in Case the Contract is Awarded the Bidder, He Will, Within Ten Days Thereafter Execute Such Contract and Furnish Satisfactory Performance Bond. Upon Failure to Do So, He Shall Forfeit the Deposit as a Partial Satisfaction of Liquidated Damages and the Acceptance of the Bid Will Be Contingent Upon Fulfillment of This Requirement by the Bidder. The Checks of All Bidders Will Be Returned According to Law. the Contract Shall Be Awarded, or All Bids Rejected, Within Sixty Days From the Receipt of Bids or Within Such Extensions of Time as Permitted by Law. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
