Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development in Franklin, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development.
The Contractor shall be responsible for all work including permitting, abatement, demolition, protection of nearby structures, and site restoration. The General Contractor and/or their Subcontractors must be certified by DCAMM in the categories of Demolition and Asbestos Removal. The General Contractor must have a DCAMM Demolition Certification for a minimum project value of $500,000. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 03/13/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be submitted electronically to Pam Vickery at pvickery@franklinma,gov To be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening ofbids. The last day for issuing any addenda involving the General Bids is Thursday, March 12, 2026.
