As of April 24, 2026 project was awarded to AMKA Services, awarded amount is $320,865.36 The project consists of applying protective coatings to manholes with 48" and 60" barrels, raising manholes to grade level, and replacing manhole frames, covers and collars of 24" and 30" manhole covers. Exhibit A - Frame Cover Details and Exhibit B - Inspection Reports are attached and incorporated herein by this reference. 1. All labor and materials shall be supplied by Contractor. 2. All work shall comply with City of Sedona City Code. Specifically, Sections 12 and 13, pertain to street and utility work. 3. All work performed will require inspections by the City of Sedona. 4. All work shall conform with the 2026 MAG Uniform Standard Specifications and Details for Public Works Construction. Manole Frame and Cover Adjustments shall specifically follow MAG Standard Detail 422-1 or 422-2. 5. All work shall conform to the City of Sedona 2026 General Conditions.
