Site work and paving for a civil project in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced firms for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, expertise, services, and all else necessary and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents for proper construction and completion of the Southwest Ranches Holatee Trail and Luray Road Drainage Improvements project. The work shall include but not be limited to, drainage improvements such as manholes, catch basins (yard drains), piping, driveway restoration, brush clearing and swale regrading, tree protection and removal, erosion control measures, and site restoration. No work shall be proposed outside of the Town's right-of-way. All labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the improvements described by these Drawings and Project Specifications will be provided by the contractor. Construction of this Project will require close coordination with the Town and Engineer of Record. 5% Bid Bond and 100% P&P Bond All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Southwest Ranches Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
