The project is for the Cedar and Dupont Water and Sewer Replacement. Separate sealed bids are required for the project. Prospective bidders may obtain electronic copies of the bidding documents from the issuing office by contacting the Engineer and copying the designated contact. Printed copies of the bidding documents will not be made available. The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of existing water and sewer infrastructure on Cedar Street and Dupont Drive within the existing water distribution and wastewater collection systems and the materials, equipment, services, and construction inherent to the Work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Cedar and Dupont Water and Sewer Replacement. The Base Bid Work shall be substantially complete within 160 days from commencement of the Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment in 190 days from the commencement of the Contract Time as set forth in the Agreement. The Bid Alternate Work shall be substantially complete within 30 days from commencement of the Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment in 60 days from the commencement of the Contract Time as set forth in the Agreement.
