The Town of Fuquay-Varina is seeking Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified consulting firms to provide construction contract administration, construction engineering, inspection and materials testing services on town-sponsored federally funded projects and/or on Town projects being performed on NCDOT road right of way under NCDOT encroachment permit. The primary and/or subconsultant firm(s) shall be pre-qualified by NCDOT to perform any combination of the Discipline Codes listed in the RFLOI. Consultants pay rates and allowed fees for federally funded work will be based on the NCDOT Consultant Rate System (CRS). The use of Small Professional Services Firms (SPSF) is encouraged but not required. The Contracts are race and gender neutral and do not contain goals. However, the Respondent is encouraged to give every opportunity to facilitate Disadvantaged, Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (DBE/MBE/WBE) participation. The on-call contract will be awarded for a two-year period with an option for a one-year extension. Firms interested in submitting LOIs must ensure compliance with all submission requirements, including NCDOT prequalification and professional licensing.
