This Request for Standing Offer is open only to Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the category of System Hydraulic Analysis. The City seeks to retain up to six engineering consulting firms for Category A - Stormwater Management Studies rotation and up to three engineering consulting firms for Category B - Sanitary System Studies rotation. The duration for both categories is three years. This procurement process does not create a formal, legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
