SCOPE - Clean/patch existing cracks. - Lift areas with significant settling. - Add C-SS1 bonding oil (if necessary) - Overlay 2.5 inches "Class C" asphalt compacted on existing track (8ft wide) including access paths (Overall roughly 19,000 sqft). The contractor responsibilities include: Must have a license with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Must have a Public Works Bond on file with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board as this is a prevailing wage project. Must turn in all required documents included in this RFP. Must have a bid bond in its original form included in your bid submission. Obtain all required permits from governing agencies. Must provide performance and payment bonds once the contract has been signed. The project can start after contract is executed, performance and payment bonds have been received, insurance is on file and all background checks for employees have been cleared.
