The Town reserves the right to amend or terminate the invitation, accept all or part of a bid, reject all bids, waive informalities or non-material deficiencies in a bid, and make the award in the Town's best interests. The project is partly funded by a State of Connecticut grant, and the successful bidder must comply with all relevant state requirements, including those of the Department of Administrative Services and the Office of Grants Administration.
