The Hamblen County Department of Education is seeking bids for the renovation of classrooms and the addition of two classrooms at John Hay Elementary School, 501 Britton Court, Morristown, Tennessee. Construction Documents are available electronically from Lewis Group Architects, Inc. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the type of bid clearly marked on the outside. Emailed and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at John Hay Elementary School. The Hamblen County Department of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids. Questions regarding this bid request shall be directed, in writing via e-mail, to Lewis Group Architects. All technical questions will be addressed by written addendum issued by the architect. Pre-bid substitutions should be submitted by March 25, 2026.
