Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Victor, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project involves the replacement of the existing concrete box culvert located under Rowley Road, just south of the Rowley Road / Willowbrook Road intersection, with a new 6'-8" x 4'-4" precast concrete box culvert and wing walls. This is a general outline of the work and does not constitute a complete description of the work to be performed under this contract. Bids must be submitted in writing on the forms provided and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds. Contractors are required to complete and submit the Non-collusive Bidding Certificate and the Site Investigation Certificate with their bids. The Town of Victor reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five days after receipt and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town of Victor is an equal employment organization and encourages qualified MWBE suppliers, contractors, and businesses to participate without discrimination. Question Deadline 03/06/2026: Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Engineer. To be given consideration, all inquiries must be received by the Engineer five (5) or more days prior to the date set for the receipt of Bids.
