Kennedale- Briar Court Sewer and Erosion Improvements - The City of Kennedale is accepting bids on sanitary sewer and erosion improvements along Briar Court and easements behind homes. The deadline to ask questions is 3/06/2026 5:00 PM CST This project generally includes 850 LF of 12" sanitary sewer pipe bursting, 415 LF of 12" sanitary sewer by open cut, and 130 LF of 12" ductile iron sanitary sewer aerial crossing. The erosion improvements generally include 240 CY of excavation along the creek bed with installation of 210 CY of Gabion Walls, Rock Rip-Rap and Flowable Fill to control future erosion issues. Miscellaneous concrete sidewalk and concrete paving improvements are a portion of this project as well. No Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled 5% Bid Bond required to be deemed an accepted bid - All addendums need to be acknowledged, if applicable, to be deemed an accepted bid - Performance, Payment and Maintenance bonds will be required - PM on Project: Ryley Paroulek (817) 999-3614 - City of Kennedale reserves the right to reject any/all bids Question Deadline 03/06/2026 Questions regarding these bid documents shall be addressed to the ENGINEER for clarification. Questions received less than 96 hours before the designated bid time cannot be answered by Addendum, and oral statements at any time will not be binding to the OWNER or the Contractor.
