Installation of a new City Water Main (approximately one mile of new piping) from the intersection of Blue Rock Road, along East Miami River Road to the 9500 E. Miami River Road Property according to the drawing issued with this project. Material furnished by owner and contractor. See material list on drawing coversheet. Installed by contractor. 2. Owner provided material listed on Drawing #1 in the Bill of Materials for this project (i.e. piping, fittings, hydrants) All other material necessary for this Work shall be included in the bid as listed on Drawing #1 under the Bill of Material provided by Contractor. 3. Installation shall meet the General Provisions on Drawing #1, the requirements of the Greater Cincinnati Water Works and the requirements of the Hamilton County Engineer's Office. 4. Three (3) or more new city water taps from the new city water main to private properties along the roadway. The new line to be routed from water main to existing property line. Final locations to be provided and coordinated during construction. 5. Fourteen (14) new fire hydrants along the new city water main as indicated on the drawings, furnished by owner, installed by contractor. 6. New 8" Combination Fire Main into existing fire pit located at 9500 E. Miami Road (The Regional Safety Complex). 7. All trenching, paving, scraping, backfill, pipe bed, compacting, flowable fill, equipment, and traffic control to be provided by the contractor.
