Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bone Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work to be provided will consist of final grade, water (if necessary) and compaction. Pavement application of 2" compacted thickness of hot mix asphalt pavement on roadway with eleven (11) foot lanes. Approximate length of 1,170 feet on Pine Lake Road toward Mourning Dove Lane plus approach on Mourning Dove Lane at Pine Lake Rd. toward 180th St. No segregation of pavement surface after each truckload. Contractors are to supply all labor, material, traffic control, signage, and proof of insurance. Contractors must request bid documents as directed. Bids must follow LRIP terms and conditions and include proof of insurance. Sealed bids shall be in an envelope clearly labeled: "LRIP Pine Lake Rd. - Paving Sealed Bid." Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid which best serves the interests of the Town. Question Deadline 03/06/2026- No interpretation of the meaning of the bid documents will be made to any bidder verbally.
