Site work and paving for a civil project in Edgar, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of the replacement of approximately 230 linear feet of water main and full urban street reconstruction of one block of Maple Street from 3rd Avenue to 4th Avenue in the Village of Edgar. A single prime bid will be received for this work. Bids must include a bid security equal to 10% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for 45 days after the bid deadline. Bid security will be retained if the successful bidder fails to execute the agreement or furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. If requested, the apparent low bidder must submit evidence of qualifications to the owner prior to contract award. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
