Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Edgar, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves the replacement of concrete driveway aprons (5 feet by 6 inches thick by the width of the driveway approach) and miscellaneous curb and gutter on Madison Avenue. Sealed bids are required. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes and village ordinances. The village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. 1 . Remove existing curb and gutter and haul to Village Concrete Site . Please minimize disturbance to driveway side asphalt ( note : the Village is installing new asphalt on Wisconsin Avenue after curb and gutter is replaced ) 2. Pour new concrete curb and gutter and driveway approach - (5 ' x 6" thick x the width of the driveway ) , so that water flows in direction as the existing curb allows .
