Sealed bids are requested for the mowing of three township cemeteries, two intersections, and the township house for the 2026 season. The contractor is to complete no more than 28 mowings per year per location. Mowing services include maintenance such as leaf and debris removal, as well as trimming or maintaining growth around headstones, fence posts, and other obstacles. One mowing session must be optimally timed for Memorial Day. Bids must specify the cost per mowing and provide prices separately for the Township House, Bender Warnes Cemetery, St John's Cemetery, County Line Cemetery, and the two intersections. Bidders are encouraged to arrange a site visit at each location. The bid price must be guaranteed for the contract period. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informality or irregularities, and select the lowest and best bid. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline and directed to the designated address.
