Renovation of a municipal facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 29,198-square-foot municipal facility.
Sealed bids are invited for renovations on Floor 7, Phase 3 of the Claiborne Building at State Capitol Park, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Complete bidding documents can be obtained electronically from Holly & Smith Architects, APAC. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the bidding documents. Bids will only be accepted from contractors licensed for the classification of Building Construction under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (SE) Program and the Veteran-Owned Small Entrepreneurships Program is encouraged. Bidders must comply with all requirements described in the bidding documents and Louisiana statutes referenced therein.
