Description

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 336-square-foot medical facility.

The Clay County Board of County Commissioners is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to purchase and install a code-compliant 14' x 24' steel building with a covered porch at the Clay County Fairgrounds, intended to serve as a first aid station during events. The contractor is responsible for all permitting, site preparation, utilities, ADA-compliant access, electrical, HVAC, interior finishes, and final installation in accordance with applicable codes and facility standards. Building colors, materials, and finishes must match the existing exhibit halls and meet all specified functional and accessibility requirements.
