Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of restoring multiple cut permits within boulevards, medians, and other grassed areas with sod and/or seed in the East Area of the City of Winnipeg. Major components of the work include excavation and removal of excess subsoil material, supply, placement, and compaction of suitable backfill material, supply and installation of imported fill material, grading of the restoration area, adjustment of curb stop boxes and valve boxes, placement of topsoil, finish grading and rolling, installation, replacement, and/or regrading of patio blocks, placement of sod, seed, or hydroseed, watering and rolling sod and seed, site cleanup, commencement of a thirty-day maintenance period, maintenance of sod and seed areas, and termination of sod and seed areas.
