The Work consists of the supply and delivery of athletic field top dressing sand from May 1, 2026 until April 30, 2027, with the option for four (4) additional one-year extensions if mutually agreed upon. The Work will be performed on an "as required" basis, with types and quantities authorized as needed by the Contract Administrator or Users. There is no obligation to purchase any quantity beyond actual operational requirements, and the type or quantity of work may be altered or the contract terminated upon thirty (30) calendar days written notice if operational changes substantially affect requirements. No claims for damages due to loss of anticipated profit will be accepted in such cases.
