Tri-Axle Truck Rental for snow removal operations in Almonte Ward, Pakenham, and Clayton Villages. Snow removal operations are conducted at the discretion of the Operations Manager and typically occur over a 10 hour period, generally overnight but may extend into the following morning. Rental trucks may also be used for snow removal from municipal parking lots and residential areas during normal working hours if needed. Contractors will be compensated with a minimum fee of three hours rental upon being called out and reporting to the job site. Start time is when the blower begins operating; travel time is not compensated. The priority call list is determined by the competitive process, with the lowest bidder satisfying all conditions receiving the first call, followed in ascending order of rental rates until requirements are fulfilled.
