Project Description: Demolition of the Existing Single-story Press Box and Construction of a New Three-story, Approximately 3,442 Square Foot Press Box Facility. The New Structure Will Include An Elevator Providing Accessible Access Between Levels and Will Be Constructed at the Same Elevation and Location as the Existing Press Box. The Improvements Are Integrated With the Existing 1933 Stadium Facility and Include Associated Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Technology, and Site Improvements Required for a Complete and Operational Press Box Facility. Bidders Will Be Required to Provide Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond of a Sum No Less Than 10 Percent of the Bid Amount. Question Due: 10/08/2026 by 12:00 Pm Local Time. Response to Questions: 10/12/2026 by 5:00 Pm Local Time. G. Bidders Will Be Required to Provide Performance Assurance Bond. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Offers.
