The general items of work to be performed at various water and wastewater facilities throughout the city includes the construction and installation of various security devices not limited to perimeter fencing, gate/access controls, security lighting, video/thermal imaging cameras, intrusion switches, audio alarms, flashing beacons, signage, and other security measures as detailed. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Prospective bidders are advised to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting to acquaint potential bidders with the project and existing site conditions that may affect the work. The meeting will be held on Tuesday March 3, 2026 through Thursday March 5, 2026. Access to sites will be available on all three days. The pre-bid meeting will start at 9:00 AM local time on each of the three days. Only the meeting on Tuesday March 3rd is considered mandatory. The meeting will be held at the City of Rialto City Council Chambers located at 150 S. Palm Avenue, Rialto, California. The City will only consider bids submitted by those bidders who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. All other bids will be considered as non-responsive and subject to rejection.
