The City of Rialto is seeking a qualified, experienced, and certified contractor to provide comprehensive facilities management services for its Police Department facilities. These services will encompass maintenance, operations, and administrative support for the following locations: the Police Headquarters located at 128 N. Willow Avenue (~48,000 sq. ft.); the Logistics and Training Facility, including the Firing Range Simulator located at 128 N. Willow Avenue (~17,000 sq. ft.); and the Evidence and Storage Facility located at 429 W. Rialto Avenue (~24,000 sq. ft.). Under this Request for Proposals, the City intends to award one contract for Police Department Facilities Management Services with an initial term of five (5) years, with two (2) one-year extensions upon approval of the City Manager and mutual consent of the selected firms, for a total maximum of seven years, unless mutually extended by the parties for more than seven (7) years with an estimated annual value ranging from $500,000 to $1,000,000 inclusive of the cost for the full-time onsite maintenance personnel, materials, preventative maintenance activities, and authorized task orders for higher cost repairs and specialized services.
