Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rialto, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; pipeline; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

In general, the project consists of construction of improvements to the new flare station and all other appurtenant equipment as shown in the Construction Drawings and as specified herein. This project involves the construction of Landfill Gas (LFG) flare system improvements at the Mid-Valley Sanitary Landfill in Rialto, California. The scope of work includes site grading and preparation, construction of concrete foundations, modification of existing LFG piping, and installation of new LFG piping and electrical infrastructure. The project also includes the construction of a new LFG flare station equipped with two (2) Perennial Energy low NOx enclosed ground flares, LFG blowers. The deadline for questions will be 12:00 p.m., November 25, 2025.
