Site work for a water / sewer project in Rialto, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The West Valley Water District is requesting proposals from qualified firms to prepare technical specifications for maintenance repairs, review and prepare structural analysis of repairs, provide bid and construction support, and prepare cost estimates and exhibits if necessary for Reservoirs 4-1 & 4-2 Repairs. Proposers must have experience in preparing similar scopes of work for water districts or cities. The selected proposer will provide a one-time service in accordance with the tasks specified in the Scope of Work section. The project manager must hold a State of California Registered Professional Engineer license in Civil Engineering. Proposers are encouraged to suggest additions or modifications to enhance or clarify the scope of work or task list, incorporating such suggestions into their proposal. Deadline for questions due by 4:00 PM 12/4/2025 Response to questions due by 12/15/2025 All questions or requests for interpretation regarding this RFP must be submitted online through PlanetBids.
