The project consists of purchase and installation of shelving for the St. Clair Shores Public Library 22500 E. Eleven Mile Road, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081. Question Deadline 02/25/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, The Bidder shall report any apparent omissions, errors or discrepancies in these specifications to Christopher R. Rayes, RA, AICP , ARPA/Special Projects Manager via email crrayes@hengineers.com Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each proposal shall be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the amount of at least equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, made payable to the City Treasurer. The Proposal shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the bids. The right is reserved by the City of St. Clair Shores to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to waive irregularities, in any bid in the best interest of the City.
