Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 07/20/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes For all bidders not meeting the criteria of "b" above, a deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed total contract price shall accompany the bid. These deposits shall take the form of certified check, cashier's check or bond executed by a corporate surety licensed under the laws of this state. The cashier's check or certified check shall be deposited to the County's account if the successful bidder fails to enter into the proposed contract within ten (10) days after the award. Bid deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as soon as the contract is awarded.
