Bids are being solicited for Edgewood Park Playground Improvements. Sealed bids must be received by the specified date and time at the Office of the Village Clerk. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available at the Office of the Village Clerk or on the Village's website. Bids must include a USB flash drive and a single, original hard copy in a sealed, clearly marked envelope. Each bid must be on the official Bid Form and include Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must provide additional bonds if required. Bidders and subcontractors must possess required licenses as per state, federal, and local regulations before the contract award. Bids from barred or non-responsive bidders will not be accepted. The project is subject to New York State Labor Law 220-I and requires a valid Certificate of Registration from the New York State Department of Labor. Purchases by the Village are tax-exempt and bidders should not include sales taxes in their bids. Non-compliant bids will not be considered. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities at its discretion. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
