CONTRACT NUMBER: H2655602 BID REFERENCE NUMBER 2380 concerns the replacement of Holman City Road CR-2 and Church Road CR-20 over the tributary of Sauquoit Creek (C3-20 & 1-2) in the Town of Paris, Oneida County, New York. Bidders are required to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the specified bid package(s). Bids must be sealed and properly marked with the bidder's information, project name, and bid reference number. The County reserves the right to amend or revise documents and waive irregularities or reject any bids. Compliance with Article 8 of the New York State Labor Law regarding prevailing wage is required, as is OSHA 10-hour safety training for all laborers, workers, and mechanics on projects of at least $250,000.00. The County encourages minority group participation in bidding in accordance with its Affirmative Action Plan.
