Design-bid-build construction of a new single-story Virtualized Electromagnetic Warfare and Mission Engineering Center that includes SSO space, mission engineering support areas, collaborative and office spaces, and live-virtual-constructive reconfigurable laboratories capable of conducting engineering and operations-based testing. The facility must meet ICD 705 requirements, UFC 4-010-01 anti-terrorism standards, and incorporate necessary cybersecurity features. Supporting spaces include an entry lobby, breakroom, restrooms, receiving, server room, and communications, electrical, and mechanical rooms. Work includes site preparation, pavement, utilities, stormwater management, incidental improvements, and demolition. Three alternative floor plans-6,900 SF, 8,100 SF, and 8,900 SF-will be priced, with one chosen for construction based on bid cost. The project includes full integration of fiber and telecommunications systems, commissioning, and experience with secure spaces, cyber features, and specialized technical infrastructure. Contract duration is 674 calendar days, and the estimated construction value is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
