Renovation of a military facility in Crane Naval Depot, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This notice informs industry of an active solicitation and establishes the mandatory prerequisites required to obtain access to restricted solicitation documents, including drawings and specifications that contain Federal Contract Information and Controlled Unclassified Information. A version of the solicitation that does not contain CUI or FCI is available for general review; however, access to the restricted materials is limited to contractors that meet specific eligibility and cybersecurity requirements. Contractors seeking access to the restricted solicitation documents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management and must possess a current BASIC confidence level assessment posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System in accordance with DFARS clause 252.204-7019 and NIST SP 800-171. Requests for access must be submitted by email to the designated government points of contact and must include the company's CAGE Code and Unique Entity Identifier, along with confirmation that the firm's BASIC confidence level is accurately reflected in SPRS. Upon government verification of SAM registration and SPRS status, approved contractors will be granted access to the restricted documents through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment. This solicitation includes a mandatory Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirement. Contractors and any subcontractors whose information systems will process, store, or transmit Federal Contract Information or Controlled Unclassified Information during contract performance must meet CMMC Level 2 (Self) requirements. The required CMMC level, or higher, must be achieved and posted in SPRS prior to award, and contractors must submit the applicable CMMC Unique Identifier issued by SPRS. Offerors that do not possess the required CMMC status prior to award will be ineligible for award, except as allowed under conditional CMMC provisions in accordance with applicable DFARS policy. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST IS BETWEEN $5,000,000 AND $10,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
